Dear A-Quality Roofing Company, I am writing to express my appreciation to you for the wonderful job your staff did in re-roofing our house. Your crew worked very hard and very fast. They were extremely professional and were considerate and courteous of any of our questions, comments or needs. The house and yard areas were clean and neat as a pin every night before the crew left. A light fixture in the house shattered during the process and you replaced it immediately, the same day. I appreciate the speed with which the job was accomplished. It was also good to have the Installation Manager check the work on-site daily and check with us regarding the progress. The roof looks great and the temperature inside seems better regulated. Another side benefit seems to be that it is now better insulated against heat or cold. Thank you for such a painless process. I would certainly recommend you to any of my friends. Sincerely, Patty

		Dear A-Quality, Rarely does one take the time or effort to thank someone for a job well done, especially when it was expected and most importantly paid for. With all of the construction problems we encountered with our building due to the January 17 earthquake, you guys were a real bright spot, professional, courteous, efficient and fair.
